Anti-Discrimination Policy

Northeast Community Services (d/b/a GROW) is a Christian, faith-based nonprofit committed to serving all people with dignity and respect. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, religion, or any other characteristic protected by law in the provision of our classes and services to program participants. All individuals are welcome to enroll in classes and receive services regardless of religious belief, and participation in faith-based activities is voluntary for program participants.

As a Christian organization, board members, paid staff, and volunteers who are engaged in faith-based activities must affirm our Statement of Faith; individuals of other backgrounds are welcome to serve in non-faith-based volunteer roles, consistent with applicable law.
