GROW is regularly looking for new volunteer teachers, teaching assistants, and childcare workers. Volunteers typically serve once a week for the duration of the school year (September through May). However there is flexibility for a teacher to volunteer more or less frequently. Our teachers love our students and love to teach. This is demonstrated through quality lessons, an encouraging classroom environment, and personal relationships with students and their families.
